Weir China Rotational Engineering Program is targeting to develop and grow young and potential engineers. In this 2-year program, each individual will move to 3-4 different functions or departments where you will take real responsibilities and have chance to understand better Weir engineering edge and core business processes. On each rotational position, a senior engineer will be assigned to each individual providing coaching and guidance. A training plan will be tailor-made for each individual based on development needs. Those who successfully completed the rotational assignments in China will also be sent on an overseas assignment or training. You will have fast growth in 2 years!


主要职责 Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate direct and execute projects, accomplish goals of technical activities.
协调、指导、执行项目，实现技术目标。
Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to assess the feasibility of projects.
分析工艺与资源需求、市场需求、以及方案可行性。
Confer with engineering management, production, marketing staff & clients to discuss & prepare project specifications and procedures.
与工程管理、生产、市场专员以及客户交换意见，商榷产品标准和工序。
Accomplish, review, and approve product design and changes.
完成、复审、通过产品设计与变更。
Complete process planning, tooling, fixture design & formulate reasonable working hours.
完成工艺规程、工具作业、夹具设计、并制定合理工时。
Provide product/ technology training to other lateral functions.
向同级别职能部门提供产品、技术培训。
Drawings, ECN, BOM transfer, conversion and control.
制作图纸、发工程变更通知、物料清单的转移转换和控制。
Contact the relevant staff, to clarify the technical issues.
与相关员工沟通，阐明技术问题。
Other tasks assigned by superiors
主管领导交付的其他任务。

要求 Qualifications：
Bachelor and above in Science; Specialization in mechanical or metal material preferred
理科学士/硕士、机械或金属材料专业优先
At least 3 years working experiences in mechanical engineering. Excellent fresh graduate is acceptable
3年以上机械工程方面工作经验，接受卓越的应届毕业生
