收银主管的主要职责为保证 POS 机部门的连续平稳运行，在营运期间内组织、实施并监督现金操作程序。

工作内容

-遵守现金交易流程，有关门店现金办公室的也包括在内
-按照公司规定监督客服质量
-辅导并培训新的收银员
-维持POS机部门与门店其他部门（销售区、仓库、服务中心等）之间的顺畅沟通
-管理门店现金办公室
-管理收银员以及有关POS机部门的所有事务
-保证工作场所的整洁
-监管退款操作流程
-遵守现金办公室的规章制度
-根据已有POS流程安排、监督工作
-了解客户需求，帮助客户选择相关产品

要求

-大专以上学历
-有至少1年从事收银主管的工作经历
-有至少3年从事收银员（或相关）的工作经历
-专业为经济学、金融学或会计优先考虑
-熟练运用电脑系统以及POS机
-熟悉银行信用卡相关信息
-诚实、工作认真，学习能力强
-拥有良好的客户服务意识
-有耐心、信心，态度亲切有礼貌
-有较强的组织能力、沟通能力、分析能力，具有活力、前瞻性以及积极性。


Summary:
The main responsibilities of the cashier chief is to ensure uninterruptible and smooth operation of the POS department , organize, carry out, and supervise performance of technological processes of the cash operating unit throughout the operating hours of the store;

Job Description:
- Comply with cash transaction procedures, including those involving the store's Cash Office
- Monitoring the customer service quality in compliance with the instructions and regulations applicable in the Company
- Tutorship and training of newly employed cashiers
- Maintain communications between POS department and other subdivisions of the store (sales area, warehouse, service centre, etc.).
- Responsible for the Cash Office in the store ？
- Manage cashiers, and responsible for all issues relating to the POS department.
- Maintain the workplace clean and tidy
- Supervise proper execution of return and reversal procedures
- Perform the Cash Office procedures
- Organise and supervise compliance with the established POS procedures for settlements with customers
- Identify the needs of the customers and offer related products

Requirements:
- Technical secondary degree or above
- Minimum one year’s Working experience as a cashier Chief
- Minimum three years’ working experience in cashier or related;
- Major in economic, finance or accounting is preferred
- Good skill in computer system and various types of POS units used in the Company's stores
- Familiar with credit card information
- Careful, fast-learning and honest
- Service customers in a clear, polite, and quick manner
- Have patient, attentive, and friendly attitude to customers
- Excellent organizational skills, high communication skills, capacity for analytical work, as well as be proactive, energetic, and positive
