技师的主要职责是向顾客提供关于复杂货品的有效、高质量的服务，并提供附加服务（例如货品的安装），必要时进行上门服务。

工作内容

-参与门店日常管理以及员工培训
-按公司要求着装，穿统一制服
-确保工作场所以及辅助设施的整洁
-保证门店设备的正常运作（例如：设备维修、供水、通风设备、空调、供暖、消防等）
-进行售前准备，例如装配复杂货品（工具、健身器材等）
-为销售提供附加服务（例如：打磨刀具、安装滑雪板、装配自行车等）
-提供售后服务（例如：自行车在售后1个月内的技术检查等）
-在服务中心提供保修服务
-送货上门并提供安装服务
-参与门店的日常订货
-向顾客提供关于产品的专业意见，并处理客户投诉

要求

- 中专以上学历
-技术类专业优先选择
-有至少2年从事服务主管的工作经历
-熟练运用电脑系统
-熟悉各类专业器械信息
-反应快、细心、诚实并且学习能力强
-有耐心、信心，态度亲切有礼貌
-有较强的组织能力、沟通能力、分析能力，具有活力、前瞻性以及积极性



Summary:
The main responsibilities of Service Master is to provide effective and quality service especially for technically complex products, and offer additional services (such as fixtures installation), even customer visits if necessary.

Job Description:
- Participate in daily meetings with the management of the store and staff training;
- Have clean and neat appearance and wear uniform in accordance with the standards of the company;
- Keep the workplace and ancillary facilities clean;
- Perform works related to the maintenance of shop equipment in operating condition (replace light bulbs, perform minor repairs of equipment, water supply, ventilation, air conditioning, heating, fire safety, etc.);
- Perform pre-sales preparation like assembly and adjustment of technically complex products (tools, exercise machines and fitness equipment);
- Provide additional services in selling goods (sharpen skates' blades, install fixtures to skis and snowboards, assemble bicycles, etc.);
- Provide after-sales service (technical inspection of bicycles during the first month from the date of sale, etc.);
- Make warranty and post-warranty repairs in the Service Centre or at the customer's place in accordance with the shift map of the Service Centre Specialists;
- Deliver and assemble the goods at the customer's place;
- Participate in scheduled stock takings in the store;
- Provide advice to the customer on technical issues related to the maintenance of the goods, also include the management of any defects identified in the customer service processes.

Requirements:
- Technical secondary degree or above;
- Preferred field of education: Technical;
- Minimum 2 Years’ working experience as a service master;
- Good skill in computer system;
- Familiar with technically knowledge of all kinds of equipment;
- Quick-respond, careful, fast-learning and honest;
- Have patient, attentive, and friendly attitude to customers;
- Excellent organizational skills, high communication skills, capacity for analytical work, as well as be proactive, energetic, and positive.
