仓管员的主要职责是提供专业有效的客户服务，供应货品及服务。

工作内容

- 按公司要求着装，穿统一制服
- 确保仓库以及相关设施的整洁
-根据公司规定进行存货周转
-不断维持、补充销售区的货品
- 确保存货的安全
-根据使用规则和安全准则操作机器
-分类接收、记录并存储货品
-进行售前准备
-进行订货管理
-管理次品以及标签无法识别的货品
-对退还给供应商及中央仓库的货品进行管理
-熟悉货品信息，例如产品的制造目的、功能、特征等

要求

-中专以上学历
-专业为经济学、金融学或会计优先考虑
-有至少2年从事零售行业仓管员的工作经历
-熟练运用电脑系统
-熟悉货品信息
-反应快、细心、诚实并且学习能力强
-拥有良好的客户服务意识
-有耐心、信心，态度亲切有礼貌
-有较强的组织能力、沟通能力、分析能力，具有活力、前瞻性以及积极性



Summary:
The main responsibilities of store keeper is to provide efficient and professional customer service, help customers in obtaining goods from the warehouse, and provision of related services


Job Description:
- Maintain clean and neat appearance and wear uniform in accordance with the standards of the Company
- Keep the warehouse and ancillary facilities clean
-Compliance with all the goods turnover procedures established at the store
- Smooth and efficient provision of the sales area with the necessary trading stock
- Ensure safety of the entrusted inventory
- Observe the operating rules and safety measures when working with the mechanisms used for the handling and storage of goods
- Acceptance, recording and storage of inventory by category
- Performing pre-sales preparation of goods
- Reservation of goods;
- Management of sub-standard goods and fault identification;
- Preparation of the goods for return to the supplier or to the central warehouse;
- Knowledge of the goods' descriptions, such as purpose, functional features, etc.

Requirements:
- Technical secondary degree or above;
- Major in economic, finance or accounting is preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience as a keeper
-Good skill in computer system
- Familiar with good information
- Quick-respond, careful, fast-learning and honest
- Service customers in a clear, polite, and quick manner
- Have patient, attentive, and friendly attitude to customers
- Excellent organizational skills, high communication skills, capacity for analytical work, as well as be proactive, energetic, and positive
