Job title / position: Sales Supervisor


Responsibilities:
? Direct sales to the accounts in designated territory / applications assigned to achieve sales target
? Responsible for key account management and new customer development
? Plan and prepare sales promotions and presentations
? Generate sales and marketing reports and forecast to assist management in business planning
? Participate in contract negotiation including technical specification, financial terms and delivery
? Demonstrate products and application solutions to customers and prospects
? Define technical specifications for product solutions to address specific customer applications
? Participate in lab demonstrations at the customer site.
? Maintain and develop long term customer relations including chemistry, machine integrators
? Seek market intelligence, summarizes and executes competition strategy, lead to beat the competition
? Participate in suitable conference/product training
? Work with other team members to achieve the set sales target of total China

Qualifications:
? At least 3~5 years’ experience in sales position
? Good sales skills
? Demonstrated skills and experience in lab management and safety
? University degree or above, major in Mechanical, electrical or automation is preferred
? Self-motivated
? Good oral and written communications skills
? Passion for growth and good business sense
? Able to word under pressure
? Customer-oriented
? Stable and Reliable
