职位描述

Sales/Account Manager-
Flat Glass Sales
Report to: Sales Director Asia Pacific
Location: Suzhou


Responsibility:
1 Build up and maintain long-term customer relationships incl. price and contract negotiations
2 Identify new sales growth opportunities with existing customers, new customers and for new applications
3 Increase sales of Flat Glass in Asia
4 Manage the quotation process (product calculation, quotation to customers, follow-up)
5 Contact and visit customers and potential customers
6 Closely work with departments such as logistics, sampling and quality to deal with customer inquiries
7 Provide input to sales planning and controlling process (sales budget, forecasting, monthly reporting)
Required:
1 At least 5 years work experience in sales (B to B) of industrial products and with a proven track record in selling technical products
2 Understanding of technical products is a Must
3 Work experience in a manufacturing company is a Must
4 Work experience in selling high value products, selling via promoting advantages and not via low price is a Must
5 Experience in building up and maintaining long-term customer relationships
6 Experience in working in cross-functional and international teams, experience in working closely with all related departments serving the customer (logistics, quality, production planning, production, finance etc.) and with sales colleagues in sales offices
7 Excellent skills in communication with people from different countries and different functions
8 Willingness to travel in China and partly Asia to meet frequently with business partners
9 Excellent English is a must.
