Job Description: Sale Account Manager
Job Description immediate superior: Sales Director
Job Requirements:
1. Education: Business Administration or Engineering
2. Job Experience: Pharmaceutical or Technical Tubing Industry or Supplier to Pharmaceutical/Technical Tubing Industry; 5-10 years business experience
3. Other knowledge: International, Export, fluent English
Main Tasks:
1.Market Strategy
Supports his/her superior by defining the market strategy for his/her field of responsibility whilst observing the global strategy of pharmaceutical tubing. Develops and implements partial strategies together with the Sales Department within his/her sphere of responsibility.
2.Market Observation/Market Research
Develops strategies for continuously observing the competition. Collects data on market developments, products, customers and competitors, analyses the data and derives proposals for further developments and the new development of products and sales strategies. Carries out market studies possibly with the assistance of external consultants and companies for pharmaceutical tubing.
3.Short and medium term planning
Works on and implements a 1 – 3 year sales & turnover plan. Ensures that the planning is implemented in the subordinate organizational sector, particularly with respect to the development of markets. Rolling further development of annual plan in the sectors sales, price policy and budget planning.
4.Customer Service/Sales Department
Initiates discussions with the main customers and realize the sales target. In charge of important negotiations with customers on prices and conditions as well as on further development of cooperation in the product development/application technology, logistics, service, marketing and business development sectors. Develops, implements and updates, in coordination with the Sales Director , the relevant “customer strategies”. Supports, where applicable, the Key Account Manager(s) of the Business Segment Tubing.
Develops and introduces new product/application. Reports of his/her sales activity.
Develops and manages channel.
100% compliance of team members in company policies and gov’t regulations.
Has no problem in inventory or customer overdue
Projects: If required works in project teams of Business Segment Tubing projects.
