职位描述
Objectives of the function
- Implementation of the Weber-Vision "Best-in-Class" and Weber-mission " customer enthusiasm"
- Intensive technical and commercial management of existing and new customers
- Goal-oriented acquisition of lucrative products acc. given targets in conjunction with sales management (VM)
- Active participation in targeted and offensive acquisition of new customers / new market segments
- Support the establishment of new business beside the Weber-core business
- Situational leadership of the team members of the project team
- Project management according to Weber project management guidelines
- Efficient management of projects
- Supervision of projects from the initial inquiry through to series production (maturity level 4)
Tasks
Customer
- Technical and commercial customers consultation and support
- Establishment and continuation of an intense relationship management
- Goal-oriented order acquisition
- Offer explanations and communication of technical proposal reservations
- Communication of the project results and project status.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction as part of its project work
Company
- To achieve the agreed objectives PM
- Contribute to the achievement of corporate objectives
- Close cooperation with VM, sales and senior management and other key positions
Personnel
- Leadership and motivation of the project team members acc. Weber management principles
- Promotion and coordination of project-related collaboration with all relevant departments
Process/System
- Lived 3V system with consistent and goal-oriented decisions within the area of competence
- Compliance of the installed Weber-management system, customer and regulatory requirements
- Participation and implementation of customer audits.
- Project Controlling, achieving minimum margins as specified during project implementation
- Participate in the optimization of organizational processes
Project
- Control and responsibility of project information during the tender phase
- Maintain the monthly target achievement forecasts and KPI’s
- Project execution in accordance with corporate policies and processes
- Ensuring the organization processes in the project
- Participation and management of regular meetings of the project team and across departments
- Active and continuous improvement of products margins in the context of project work by reducing the production
cost together with the production management
- Work closely with the interfaces to ensure the transfer of know-how, information and techniques transfer
Requirements
- Technical qualification with good commercial understanding , for example, Bachelor in mechanical engineering ,
plastics engineering or comparable education or professional experience in the field of professional
development/design
- Computer skills (SAP, Word , Excel, PowerPoint, Project , Outlook)
- Mastery of project management tools
- Technical sense in terms of customer-related and future- oriented development solutions
- Sense of technical feasibility and implementation in the series production
- Responsible individual work behavior based on target agreements as well as project and customer orientation
- Strong personality with contact strength and an appealing, secure and persuasive appearance
- Emotional intelligence and soft skills to guide a project team and motivation of interface people
- Active Customer Enthusiasm : Acquisition strength , persuasion, conflict resolution skills and emotional strength
- Ability to work independently , above-average commitment and flexibility
- Willingness to travel activity in the customer acquisition and project execution
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting with driver mentality
- Mastering of the Business English
