Responsibilities:

1. Establishment and leadership of the quality control in production segment

2.Control and deal with nonconformity parts and give special release, arrange the planed inspection according to inspection plan

3. Be responsible for machine and process capability analyze, be responsible for analyze and handling with quality problem

4.Make process audit and responsible for product audit and shipping audit, be responsible for statistic and analyze of quality dates in production process

5. Follow up the action plan from audit and customer complaint

6. Training and development of team members in quality planning department

Qualification Requirements

1. College degree, major in mechanical or engineering, good English knowledge

2. At least 3 years experience in quality related position, extensive experience on manufacture process in automotive area

3. Know well in ISO TS16949, SPC, 8-D report

4. Good PC application skills (MS office)- Leadership skill and being a team player
