Key responsibilities主要职责:

1.根据集团/分子公司总体战略，规划部门业务运作模式，制订部门工作目标、组织架构和职责等，

2.确保部门高效运作；

3.参与制订集团/分子公司各项工作流程和规章制度，制订、实施、修改部门各项工作流程和规章制度,以保证业务实施的规范化；

4.参与制订并分解集团/分子公司BSC 战略、制订并组织实施部门BSC计划，确保部门和集团/分

5.子公司BSC计划的达成；

6.建立职位体系，实施人员培养与绩效管理，加快人员成长，建设高素质的人才梯队；

7.组织业务运作过程中各类问题、经验的总结与整理，确保专业技术、技能和经验得以记录与传承；

8.组织企业文化在部门内的宣贯与推行，落实集团/分子公司营运策略和管理要求，增强员工的归属感。.

Requirement要求

1.行业经验：电动工具行业3年

2.工作经验：有电子产品设计经验8-10年、从事技术管理3年以上。

3.项目经验：带领团队完成多个复杂项目，并能解决棘手问题，积累项目经验，制作流程指导。

4.培训经验： 绩效管理、项目管理、沟通管理、讲师培训
