岗位职责
1、负责公司前台接待及电话接转；
2、收发传真，复印文档，收发信件、报刊、文件等；
3、负责文档资料的管理，及时更新和管理员工通讯地址和电话号码等联系信息；
4、受理会议室预约，协调会议时间，下发会议通知，布置会议室；
5、预订火车票、飞机票；
7、协助上级购置办公设备、办公用品，负责发放及记录。
8、员工考勤统计及外出人员管理。

任职资格
1、文秘、行政管理及相关专业大专以上学历；
2、大学英语四级，可使用英语作为工作语言；
3、三年以上相关工作经验，熟悉前台工作流程；
4、熟悉办公室行政管理知识及工作流程，熟悉公文写作格式，具备基本商务信函写作能力，熟练运用OFFICE等办公软件；
5、工作仔细认真、责任心强、为人正直，具备较强的书面和口头表达能力；
6、待人热诚、细致耐心，具有良好的协调能力。
