职位描述
Key Accountabilities
- Be responsible to install an improvement culture in the whole factory(both sales and operation)
- Identify potentials of improvement in Safety, Quality, Service, Cost reduction within the division framework
- Promote, plan and control the improvement process
- Make sure that the consolidated improvements are in line with the targets and propose corrective actions
- Lead lean projects to deliver significant operational improvements and financial benefits
- Monitor and control all key initiatives and projects include product transfer projects
- Coordinate defining manufacturing process standards
- Support process optimization activities, such as OEE improvement
- Assist in drafting project planning and strategic initiative.
- Practice and promote a continuous improvement mindset, encourage, support and recognize continuous improvement initiatives
- Work Place overall layout design
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related.
- At least 5 years working experience in lean, IE or manufacturing advancement related area, preferred in a mechanical environment (Has experience in valve industry is preferred).
- Two years in a group leader role is required.
- Familiar with business flow, understand the area which the process can be improved.
- Familiar with process and manufacturing technology, and sound knowledge in machine’s capacity and change over requirements.
- Understand planning process, and plant material movement process.
- Strong in project management.
- Speak decent English but must have well written skill.
- Team player and good communicator
- Strong in power point presentation.
