1. Maintain and improve relationships with key customers, to maximize growth opportunities in existing markets.
2. Make and execute business development plan. Seek, identify and develop new customer & business to achieve continuous sales increase.
3. Coordinate with Customer Service and relative departments to ensure on-time order fulfillment and trouble-shooting.
4. Respond to RFQ. Get involved into internal cost structure analysis to support the quotation through system. Negotiate contract prices based on pre-approved financial data.
5. Propose the monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue forecasts, and manage to achieve the target approved by management.
6. Report on market trends, sales activities, project progress as well as competitor information.
7. Track and manage open invoices and outstanding debts. Assist finance department with customer accounts receivables as necessary.
8. Perform other duties and assignment that may be required by Sales Manager.

Requirement

1. University degree or above with a major in metal/machinery/metallurgical product; Engineering
background (Keen to learn things from others and by himself, familiar with drawings)
2. Three years of sales experience in EU/US MNCs;
3. Understand and familiar with the metal/machinery/metallurgical product and industry knowledge on Rail,
Auto, Shipbuilding, etc, preferred；
4. Communication, organization and coordination skill;
5. Progressive in personality and disciplined in ethics
6. Work with high customer orientation
7. Familiar with Microsoft office software and Lotus Notes email system;
8. Experience in Project Management preferred.
9. Proficiency in oral and written English
