1. Bachelor degree，major in mechatronics engineering.
大学本科毕业，机电专业。
2. At least 5 years of supervisory and leadership experience at similar level of management.
以前从事过主管或同类管理工作，有五年以上的工作经验。
3. Sound employee relation management and subordinate development skill.
能处理好员工之间的关系并能提高部下的技能。
4. Adequate knowledge in medical industry is an advantage.
具备相当的医学方面的知识。
5. Ability to write and read English, fluent oral English is a plus.

职位描述：

1. To supervise his /her subordinations and be responsible for product output and quality to meet the production plan and other requirement.
做好人员管理，并对产量及质量负责，满足生产计划。
2. Ensure the shift performance is well planned and organized; ensure goodwill is maintained with all employees through communication, awareness, interpersonal skills and fairness.
计划和组织好各班的生产，并通过各种渠道的交流和沟通，确保员工保持积极向上的精神面貌。
3. Ensure effective communication concerning company business strategy/direction, safety, attendance, and yield is conducted frequently and properly, all the corrective actions to prevent defects are well implemented.
通过有效的交流，了解公司的事务、安全、出勤率、产量，并对不足的地方加以改善。
4. Ensure all quality standards and systems are implemented and maintained, all non-compliance to be acted upon immediately.
确保所有的质量标准和制度能够得到执行和维持，所有不符合要求的应马上更正。
5. Ensure active participation in troubleshooting of yield and efficiency improvement and DPM reduction.
积极投入到故障排除、提高以及DPM的改良工作中。
6. Participate the establishment of JIB's for every task in the operation area, and ensure the concept of standardized operation is alive within and across the shift.
做好与生产有关的JIB， 确保人员按程序标准化生产。
7. Ensure subordinates are well trained on procedures to perform required tasks in production. Regular refresh training is also maintained to ensure the consistence.
确保人员在参加生产前受到过良好的培训并及时做好更新培训。
8. To liaise with other function on any issue for QA, HR, Engineering, Logistics, Finance as necessary to pursue the efficiency of problem solving so as to meet production goals.
为了实现生产目的，根据需要与QA、HR、工程部、物料部、财务部等保持有效的联系。
9. Play active role in the process of continues improvement for area management.
积极致力于生产区域的管理的改善提高工作。
10. Participate in all activities so that the area can meet the requirement of excellence operation.

11. Actively promote the EMS deployment and continuous improvement
