Introduction
-Siemens GSS is looking for a Commercial officer in Suzhou.

What are my responsibilities?
-Finance and accounting function with data integrity responsibility
-Corporate departments, business groups, GSS shared services; 3rd parties (vendor or customer) and some contacts to SAG headquarter if needed
Task
-Provide business administration services to regional branches, corporate departments to ensure smooth business process and sound internal control environment
-Billing preparation and execution according to Siemens Finance Reporting Guideline and the company financial closing timetable, coordination with service providers and internal customers on the related topics
-Monthly reporting for the assigned SLC corporate departments and service providers, include the preliminary analysis, e.g. monthly cost center report, KPIs report, BVIs report, etc

What do I need to qualify for this job?
-English language capability on reading / writing / speaking
-Finance and accounting knowledge
-Familiar with Microsoft Office, e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP knowledge would be a plus
-Good communication and coordination skill
- Experience in multinational company finance and accounting function
-Bachelor or above
