· 根据要求制作样板，有创新改善工艺的能力

· 能按自己的经验技能解决质量或生产问题

· 熟悉机器的操作，并有能力提供改善机器操作的建议

· 协助技术部门建立技术文档

· 有合作精神，与部门人员共同完成任务

要求：

至少5年在高级服装行业制版经验，有分析质量问题的能力及解决问题的能力


Purpose:
Provide high level machining skills for the manufacture of prototype / test garments to support ait work process and to provide goods according to technical requirements.
Supports the timely resolution of technical issues according to ait center standards in order to achieve quality and delivery objectives.
Helps and suggests best practices and the introduction of better manufacturing processes to support continuous improvement in quality.


Key Responsibilities:
Creation of samples in order to support ait Development center as proscribed by current process (i.e., Proto Sample to Size Set Sample).
Applies own skills and experience to assist ait staff to resolve quality/ manufacturing issues during prototype sampling and seeks out the expertise of others as necessary.
Provide constructive feedback on a regular basis in order to identify opportunities for performance improvements.
Suggests tools/ work aids for ait personnel and supplier development to achieve continuous improvement of product quality and production performance.
Help for commercialization on ait products



Key Relationships:
ait Center Manager.
Collaborative relationship with ait Team China.
Internal service provider to ait Development and Prototype.
Key role in providing feedback and suggestions to ait personnel China.



Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience in textile manufacturing with a grade sample machining skills.
Ability to identify issues, analyze facts and make quality decisions.
