Purpose of the job:
Make sure the slitting material in the specification. Make statistics and update parameter for each product to get best running parameter.
Quality management and improvement of slitting efficiency

Key Tasks:
· EHS –Create new job risk assessment and review it yearly.
· Quality development
a. Follow the action decided based on previous day’s running
b. Collect samples from customer, make a sample book for training the operator
· Process development
a. Make statistics of previous week’s slitting defect, find solution together with production management and other department
b. Upgrade the slitting procedure and risk analysis document
c. Upgrade the problem-solving document of slitting and supervise the implement
· Meeting participation
a. Morning meeting
b. Monday quality meeting
· Production process implement and update
a. To ensure processes are operated systematically and safely as well as safety rules and procedures are strictly adhered to by the personnel.
b. Unwinding/rewinding/Slitting
c. Make corrective action plan for poor quality and customer complain
· Equipment maintenance and repair
a. To raise and submit maintenance work order without delay during shift for any observed malfunction that requires rectification work.
b. To coordinate and liaise with service department on repair and maintenance works at process in accordance with the safety regulations
c. To submit shutdown maintenance and process cleaning requirement work lists as and when required.
· Respect ISO procedures and company rules and regulations
· Other tasks which are given by production manager

Prerequisites
· University degree
· 2 years experience in related area
· Solid under understanding of EHS(factory policy and legal requirements)
· Good communication skills (English level 4)
