Core Accountabilities

1. Assist supervisor to manage the team, make work plan. 协助主管管理团队，制定工作计划
2. Responsible for establishing and optimizing work instruction both for final inspector and quality verification technician.负责建立和优化最终检验人员和质量验证技术人员操作说明。
3. Process quality management，including nonconformity control and implementation of statistical process analysis. 过程质量管理，包括不合格品的控制，过程质量统计分析等
4. Monitoring quality objectives and following up corrective actions监视质量目标和跟踪纠正措施的实行
5. Final inspector training and qualification. 最终检验人员的培训及资质认证
6. Responsible for the third party inspection and RoHS/REACH. 负责第三方检验和RoHS/REACH
7. Other tasks assigned by superior 其它上级指派的任务

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above in industrial engineering / material engineering or comparable 工业工程专业，材料工程专业或相当的本科及以上文凭。
2. Familiar with quality tools and statistical methods。熟悉质量工具和统计方法。
3. Good written and oral English。良好的英语表达能力。
4. Good communication skill 良好的沟通协调能力。
