职位描述

Key Responsibilities:


? Be responsible for achieving agreed sales targets to protect and grow business in a specified region.

? Ensure senior strategic relations are developed and maintained between LR and client senior management in order to secure high revenue deals.

? Ensure there is a high level of client engagement and intimacy and manage the client relationship in its entirety ensuring high levels of service provision. Act as the interface between all levels both internally and externally and manage queries and problems for the client relating to all areas of the business.

? Prepare, maintain and implement a successful account plan for each target account/project which will involve how to effectively manage the relationship and research to establish knowledge of a client such as business strategy, company structure, hierarchy and identity of decision makers and influencers.

? Promote and communicate Lloyds Register, its products and services to clients directly, and arrange appropriate visits, presentations and local seminars as required. This includes proposal preparation and presentation and the disseminate of relevant up to date technical information.

? Ensure that all decisions and actions have a positive impact on LR Financial performance and growth of net operating profit whilst ensuring that the LR values are adhered to.

? Monitor and report on all client meetings and visits as well as all aspects of competitor activity for each client and general client activity. Disseminate this information to senior management.

? Actively participate in events, conferences and workshops in order to Promote and communicate Lloyds Register and Coordinate with the Compliance Marketing and communication team.

? Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, accreditation schemes, legislation and industry standards.

? Work collaboratively with other departments within Compliance, across Energy including with the Business Development service line and the Marine businesses.

? Pursue Continuous Professional Development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.

? Mentor / coach / manage other Business development professional as appropriate, to achieve high performance, effective knowledge transfer and application.

? Carry out other internal projects




Technical/Professional Qualifications/Requirements:

1 Detailed knowledge and experience working within business development and client Management in this market sector

2 Engineering and /or business qualification combined with a minimum of five years in a senior business development and client facing role and will ideally have an established profile within the industry

3 Personable, ability to demonstrate understanding of client relationship management, familiarity with Miller Heiman (or similar) methodologies relating to strategic key accounts and selling would be desirable

4 An existing network of influential relationships, ability to penetrate and diversify service offering within existing clients

5 Proven knowledge of the offshore and onshore market

6 Strong commercial awareness based on the analysis and interpretation of financial and non-financial information and the intellectual dexterity to use this in business decision making

7 Knowledge of commercial negotiation practices and proven ability to market and sell services

8 Good general knowledge of sector specific and industry wide business issues

9 Excellent communication skills with colleagues and clients at all levels

10 Excellent proficiency in English and a proven ability to work effectively and professionally across different cultural environments

11 more than 5 years of relevant experience, knowledge of Oil & Gas and FOI sector will be an advantage.
