Job Description

1. General Information
Job Title: Key Account Leader, China Hardware
Location: Shanghai

2. Job Purpose:
Lead Hardware Key Account team for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and service goals for the large and key accounts in the organization, and to position IR as preferred hardware solution provider in target vertical markets such as Residential, Healthcare, Industrial and Education.

3. Accountabilities:
? Achieve the AOP and support business LRP activities that clearly highlight the opportunity for Hardware business in China. This should include a thorough diagnose of the competition, the customers, market growth rate, profitability, etc.
? Develop a strategic plan by leading and supporting sales force with a value proposition that differentiates Hardware business in the eyes of the customers.
? Take lead position to build specific targeted customer strategies and action plans.
? Develop market channel strategy, build strong relationship and corporate with real-estate developers and key public organizations.
? Measure, monitor and evaluate business performance and establish objectives for improvement.
? Ad hoc assignment from superior.

4. Requirements:
? At least 15 years experience working directly in a sales management capacity.
? Good negotiation and selling skills, strong communication skills.
? Bachelor degree and above.
? Self discipline, strongly reliable and mature.
