职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
The main responsbility of this position includes but not limits to the following
1 Creating an optimum assortment of Sportmaster's retail network in China in the category of sports equipment for PL
2 Achieving the planned margin and other planned economic indicators for PL in China.
3 PL marketing strategyadjustment for the Chinese market. PL promotion in compliance with the approved strategy for the Chinese market.
4 PL range of product development (assortment, pricing), product collections for the Chinese market.
5 Product collections development in compliance with the approved assortment plan.
6 Pre-orders collecting, in-time placing orders to the suppliers
7 China sporting goods market analysys, sales monitoring. To generate suggestions to increase competitiveness on China market
8 Development advertising strategy of PL for China market
9 Interactions with other Departments:Inside the company: product managers of own trade mark Russia, categorical Product category managment department managers, designers, technologists, members of SEA-office, marketing department Outside the company: supplier, marketing and design agencies
Qualifications:
1 Language Abilities Fluency in English, good analytical skills
2 Computer Skills PC-advanced user
3 Working Experience 3 years experience as brand manager in the wholesale / retail company, experience in PL development. Product development. Branding. Market analysys. Good presentation and negotiation skills. Creative thinking. Experience in sporting goods industry is a plus.
4 Education & Training Higher education. Master degree in marketing is a plus.
5 Additional Requirements Good communication skills, initiative, solving problem, teamwork
Ability to lead a small group. Ability to work independently and focused on the goal. Ability to understand and follow the existing strategy of the Company. Leadership.
