一、Job Requirement:

sourcing activities - able to review requests / product information to pre-select right suppliers (Quality, Price, LT)
project management - review sourcing request and check on given information (completed, logic, suitable for China)
technical knowhow - able to understand / read technical drawings, discussing manufacturing concepts (quality, techniques, costs)
able to communicate with different departments at supplier side as well as on AL-KO side
able follow up and manage sourcing / development projects through product life cycles

二、 Working Experience：

working experience in the fields of sourcing, purchasing, project management, production management of metal parts
study in the field of mechanical engineering or similar
experience in the field of product development (automotive) is a plus

三、Job Responsibility：

source, contact and visit suppliers to realize various sourcing projects mainly for metal products (forging, casting, assembly,…)
evaluate (new) products and suppliers to make selections on projects and suppliers
supplier management in terms of price and performance review as well as negotiations and maintaining good relationships
detailed evaluation of product portfolios and supplier portfolios to support on strategy and to prepare supplier performance reviews
support on problem solving / trouble shooting in day to day business in case of quality, price, LT problems
monitor and analize markets relevant for AL-KO IPO activities

四、Personality/Managerial ability requirement：

structured working manners, able to handle pressure, good interpersonal skills / team player, target oriented, willing to travel
good command of English, both written and spoken
good knowledge in MS office programs, esspecially Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook / SAP is a plus
