Key Responsibilities:

-Enhance brand visibility and favourable corporate image, with specific responsibility for event management and marketing production;

-Develop event proposals according to corporate and business needs;

-Implement and manage event from start to finish (including milestones, progress and deliverables) to ensure the attainment of the objectives;

-Establish, monitor and control event budget and negotiate all necessary contracts;

-Track Return on Investment (ROI) and validate the success of marketing events;

-Partner closely with other marketing functions & business marketing on all production needs and manage the production from initial request to final delivery;

-Ensure timely execution and quality standards of production for key deliverables (for events, collateral materials, and corporate imprint items, etc.);

-Assess and manage agencies/vendors; establish & maintain quality vendor database;

-Recommend, create, and implement best practice policies, procedures, and processes;

-Perform other job related assignments as required.

Requirements:

-Bachelor degree or above in marketing, communication, event management or related fields;

-Over 5 years experience in event management or similar fields;

-Experience leading and managing agency/vendor relationships;

-Highly-organized with a strong attention to detail and resourcefulness;

-Superior project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously;

-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build, manage and influence virtual teams;

-Creative thinker and fast learner, ability to communicate ideas effectively;

-Self-motivated, with ability to initiate projects and see-through to completion;

-Strong computer skills for Microsoft office series, design software will be a plus;

-Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
