Description
对外：
1、定期为代理商渠道提供各种产品介绍/培训，提升代理商渠道技术能力，帮助代理商建立稳定的技术团队，提升代理商渠道销售的技术能力；
2、解决日常代理商渠道的疑难技术问题，并协助代理商建立FAQ库，配合代理商解决重点项目的技术跟进工作；
3、建立分级的产品指示内部认证体系，对不同的代理商评级；
4、针对一些新产品，对设计院和业主做一些品牌、产品推广工作；
5、针对南方市场，积极从天津工厂、德国工厂、美国工厂发掘适用产品，扩大销售市场；
6、配合完成一些市场Seminar推广活动的技术讲解，方案亮点优化和Demo展示；
7、对南方市场竞争对手的了解，知道对手的产品推广路线，配合代理商渠道就项目竞争对手的产品特点提出针对性解决方案。

对内：
1、定期为内部销售团队提供新产品培训，提供/更新各种应用的配置模板，提升销售团队的技术力量和提高他们在产品选型和报价上的工作效率；
2、为大、中型的楼控项目提供技术支持，包括技术方案、配置清单、系统图；培训销售团队可以完成简单BAS方案的配置和方案制作。
3、了解天津工厂、德国工厂、美国工厂所能提供的主要常规产品，为销售团队提供非常规（冷门）产品型号的选型；
4、了解市场部各个产品经理的支持范围，保持与市场部各个产品经理的紧密联系，了解新产品的进展，联系新产品的培训；
5、了解各产品线在南区的竞争对手情况；了解主要对手的一些产品常规配置情况；了解Honeywell在竞争对手前面的优势、劣势；
6、定期了解并分析各个产品线的销售情况，针对分析数据作出预期判断，提前通知销售团队热销产品和滞销产品情况，协助销售提供对策。
