职位描述

Job description
- engage with and build customer relationships within the small and medium business marketplace,
- generate leads, (client line of business and IT) and to ensure sales quotas and revenue generation through proactive telephone/Market Intelligence tools/internet sales of IBM products, services and solutions to assigned and new clients (main measurements include: revenue generation, opportunity identification, customer satisfaction and sales pipeline management)
- deliver revenue and profit objectives for the segment
- serve as the customer advocate throughout the complete sales cycle, within IBM call centers
- understand and clearly articulate business issues
- advise the customer on latest technology trends and recommend IBM solutions
- serve as the customer lead advocates and manage buyer relationships
- establish frequent communications within a larger, diverse territory
- qualify and prioritize opportunities using out bound and in bound calls
- populate, maintain and manage the database to support pipeline management
- ensure customer understanding of all aspects of the contract; solution benefits, pricing, delivery, warranty and other key conditions
- follow up on leads, quotes, contracts to accelerate the sale
- participate with the team in closing the sale and lead the cross-brand, less complex high volume transactions
- engages and builds relationships with business partners in cost effective sales achievement

Requirements:
- fluent Cantonese speaking and good command of English, written and speaking
- work in Shenzhen but occasionally may need to travel to and meet with clients in Hong Kong
- previous Sales experience on IT products / services /solution is required.
- Solution selling instead of pure hardware selling is recommend
- Has 2 years experience to cover HK IT business partners

Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years experience in relevant working experience
English: Fluent
Cantonese: Fluent
