职位描述
工作内容：
1.带领包装团队到客户现场工作，就工作内容、程序、要求等和服务对象（主要是外籍）进行交流；
2.解答客户的问题，将客户的特殊要求传递给客服，以便后续服务中注意；
3.负责团队任务的分配，管理和监督员工的工作质量和工作态度；
4.现场填写和制作进出口需要的各种中英文文件和单据，确认客户签字的文件，证件等；
任职要求：
1. 性别不限，20-35岁，大学专科及以上学历，英语专业优先；
2. 有良好的英文基础，口语交流无障碍，CET4及以上；
3. 有一定的管理能力，具有现场组织协调能力，能够管理团队；
4. 良好的服务意识，以客户为导向，能够承受一定工作压力；
5. 工作态度认真，积极主动，责任心强，吃苦耐劳，热爱物流服务行业；
