General Overview:
Provide engineering technical support for NOV DH Sales, Operations and PLE groups specific to Quality and Reliability.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Workshop daily Presence
1. Monitor and ensure all service quality standards are followed during tool assembly, disassembly, storage and shipping.
2. Monitor service issues, damages and EDS on a daily basis
3. Identify room for improvement in the tool service protocols
4. Monitor and track vendor performance for special repair processes. E.g. Stub welding, Specialty coatings, surface treatment, etc..
·ITrax
1. Initiate iTrax process for all internal or customer reported incidents related to tools and bits.
2. Create initial findings and assist local DSE’s for further investigation as required
3. Create, document and follow up corrective actions.
4. Elevate investigations to obtain Level 1 or Level 2 reports as needed
5. Co-ordinate with the relevant product line DSE’s to complete the investigation reports on a timely manner.
6. Close iTrax incidents in timely manner – Includes reports which directly affect the tool components (eg. Debonding, welding defects, manufacturing defects, etc..) as well as indirect (eg. NCR’s, logistics, documentation late, QA Document Error, shipping Doc Error, Stenciling, Wrong qty, Incorrect BOM, damange in handling/shipping etc…)
7. Participate on regular iTrax review meetings (open incidents & other SQ issues)
·Service Documents Meetings
1. Review all new releases of service documents coming from Houston and Area SQ Area Leaders– SQA, SSP, LSP, EB, ECN – with all applicable service personnel and document it as per SSP-001.
2. Identify the need for creating and establishing Local Service Procedures (LSP) based on reliability and quality trends of the tools.
·Internal Service Related Audits (Quaterly)- Q&R Area Leaders
1. Conduct internal audits and upload results in iTrax network drive as per SSP-020
2. Record all non-conformances in QFocus and close them in timely manner
·Quality Management Reviews – Service part
1. Facilitate Location Quality Management reviews as per QMS-011, on a quarterly basis
2. Record all corrective actions in QFocus and close them in timely manner
·Generate Monthly Performance Report (MPR) – Service part – CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Submit Monthly Performance Report to Area SQ leader and DSE Area Manager at the end of each month
·5S implementation
Initiate, assign and monitor 5S implementation at service facility
·Third Party Inspection
Quarterly meetings with NDT Inspectors to review all Downhole related documents as per SSP-025

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
·Positions will require minimum travel
·Working hours to be identified by manager
·Non-standard work hours, 24/7 contact/availability expectations for rig/operational support
·Comply with Global and Local QHSE policies.
·Behave in a professional and ethical manner in line with NOV corporate policies

Education and Experience：
- Preferred - 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Related Technical Degree
-0-3 Year Relevant Service Center / Service technician Experience
