We are looking for a field experienced engineer with an aptitude for understanding and providing customer based technical product solutions. Key Areas of Activity:

Reporting operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day to day manufacturing operations activities. Which included but not limited
？ Quality improvement;
？ Process and product problem solving;
？ Continues Improvement activities.
？ Lead or participant Kaizen events with HAND ON work style.
？ Carry out new products production practice with Quality, Engineering and Supply chain team

Key Responsibilities in Detail:

Summary

This job will support Cornelius Tianjin plant assembly and manufacturing processes improvements to meet the business objectives esp. on quality defect elimination and prevention and productivity improvement. . The ideal candidate would be required to have more than 3 years experience in manufacturing and process control, to hands-on implementation and improvement of our assembly processes and equipment maintenance system in Tianjin Plant. Provide necessary input and support for enhancement of processes on existing operations as well as processes and equipments for current and future products. Monitor the production line efficiency, process time, down time whilst achieving product quality. Liaising effectively with manufacturing support to ensure improvements are implemented in a timely manner and agreed goals are achieved. Hand on problem solving daily working style is required. Make sure product or process change process manufacturing implementation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1.To assist manufacturing accomplishes daily production duties. Maximize production efficiency, minimize down time related process issues and standardize the operation process.

2.Involve in the new product/process design review as required. Oversee the manufacture and sample running for customer evaluation of new products systems to support customer specifications, operations and technical requirements.

3.Involve in the customer quality complains analysis to find out in process improvement opportunity.

4.Assist with build, debug, training and installation of new equipment to support defined production goals and requirements.

5.Support Lean-Manufacturing methodology in the daily work in it’s own area and lead/participate Kaizan project teams, to reduce waste, improve process-time to best in class.

6.Establish production procedures and instructions, and keep them up to date timely.

7.Works with Quality Control to establish accept/reject criteria for new and existing products.

8.Work closely with cross function members to establish and maintain schedule and system performance requirements and plans.

9. Monitoring the working status of process equipment and tooling, improve TPM system and work closely with facility engineering for other machine maintenance.

10. Work with engineering team to establish the new project transfer activities.

11. Other duties may be assigned as required.

12. Comply with ESH rules.

Key Requirements:

1.BS (preferably in Mechanical or Process Engineering) and more than 3 years related manufacturing/process engineering Experience in creating high volume manufacturing processes and participation in equipment design to ensure process compliance.

2.Experienced in using of Lean or six sigma process control tools such as FMEA, Process Flow, Control Chart , DOE and Control plan e.g.

3.The understanding of electrical and mechanical control for automated manufacturing equipment, cryogen system and welding technical, injection molding and steel process, pneumatics and industry compliant safety devices is desired.

4.Understanding of tooling, jigs and fixtures design and Calibration system improvement .

5.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several abstract and concrete variables.

6.Good oral and written English. Good communication and reporting skills.

7.Fluent in MS office and CAD.
