§ Location: Tianjin.

工作地点：天津。

§ Work as an indoor contact window to handle Customer Quality Complaint and communicate with Quality Management team；

作为内部联系窗口处理客户质量投诉问题，并和质量部门进行沟通和协调；

§ Need to work with sales team to collect all the necessary information for a quality complaint case and then submit a qualified report timely to quality management team.

需要和销售员一起收集和客户质量投诉相关的全部必要信息，然后及时提交合格的报告给质量部门。

§ Buildup a standard customer complaint process to improve the response to customer complaint.

能够建立标准的客户投诉流程，从而有效提高客户投诉响应速度；

§ Handle any quality guarantee agreements with Customers.

处理客户质量协议；

§ Provide technical support to indoor sales team.

给内部销售人员提供技术支持。

Requirement岗位要求

§ Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering;

电子工程本科/大专学历；

§ Minimum 2 to 3 years hardware design experience in electronic industry and be familiar with SMT process;

至少两到三年的电子硬件设计经验，并且熟悉SMT的制程；

§ At least 2 or 3 years Quality Assurance(QA) experience in electronic industry ;

至少两到三年的电子行业的品质工作经验；

§ Good knowledge in passive components, such as inductors, ferrite beads, ESD components and connectors is a plus;

有较好的被动器件知识者优先；

§ Good inter-personal communication skill;

有较强的人际沟通能力；

§ Be patient, careful, diligent and result-oriented;

有耐心，细心，勤奋和结果导向型；

§ Proficiency in Mandarin and English.

熟练掌握普通话和英语。
