Job Description:

1. Follow up Customs Declaration Process:
Verify customs declaration documents against bookings and receiving reports, inform customs broker the vessel name & B/L# when transferring the documents, follow up all issues happened during customs declaration and record all HXD in-and-out, ask customer service operator to correct documents when finding incorrect information on the documents, IN ORDER TO make sure smoothness of customs declaration process.

2. Documents checking and Collection:
Check destination declaration documents according to SOP, sorting documents and send to HKG operation teams and destination agency, IN ORDER TO make sure consignees' broker to arrange declaration at destination in time.

3.FCR Preparation & BL Checking:
Prepare/verify FCR to vendors according to booking and documents, and check 1st and final B/L draft provided by carriers and IN ORDER TO ensure all shipping information is the same on all the documents.

4.Payment Collection:
Send invoice to vendor for payment, check gathering status, and update late payment to Customer Service Staff, IN ORDER TO on-time payment received by our accounting department.

5.B/L Sample Preparation and Checking:
Prepare B/L drafts or checking the B/L final draft, compare the container details with the Container Loading Plan provided by CUS section or warehouse. If there is no problem, confirm B/L draft to carriers. IN ORDER TO ensure all B/Ls prepared correctly and no amendment to USA shipments B/Ls.

6.Data Input:
Update invoice & B/L information in iSMS, make FCR preparation and generation, IN ORDER TO provide on-line shipping information to customers.

Job Qualfications:

1.College degree.
2.Good English reading and written skills, have passed CET-4.
3.Coordination, communication, independent, problem-solving skills, carefulness, and team player.
4.Good at MS office.
