Duties & Responsibilities
？ Familiar with testing method and principle.
？ Strictly follow testing method to conduct test and know about precautions.
？ Be able to operate equipment and solve troubleshooting.
？ Be able to operate instrument and perform data analysis.
？ In charge of new method development.
？ Update test method timely according to client’s specification and internal/national standard
？ Take charge of customer complaint and quality issues.
？ Provide technical support for internal and external.
？ Check and supervise related testing procedure and test result
？ Familiar with quality control system and apply to daily operation.
？ Training staffs when method updated.
？ Provide training to new staffs about equipment operation/maintenance and give guidance of analysis method.
？ Comply at all times with all applicable legal requirements, BV Group HSE Policies, procedures and practices.


Skills & Requirements
？ Good reading and writing English capability. Fluent oral English would be preferred.
？ Good time management and communication skill.
？ Familiar with the general test requirements, experience in the chemical testing.
？ Familiar with the test equipment operating.
？ Familiar with ISO/IEC17025 standard.
？ Knowledge of testing from laboratory / manufacturing.
？ Knowledge of setup test method and equipment for un-regular products.
？ Ability to solve problems and developing methods independently.
？ Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines (with help from manager if necessary).
？ Good training skill for team members.

Education & Experience
？ Bachelor Degree or above
？ 3- 5 years of lab working experience in related fields, at least 2 year testing experience
？ Above 2 year of working experience in operation management
？ English speaking and writing candidate will be favored

We’re a joint venture company with Shanghai Inspection Cooperation and specializes in consumer products testing and consultation services which cover wide range of products including textile & garments, hardgoods, electrical products, toys and chemical.

We have served the local manufacturers for more than 10 years for which most of the end buyers (wholesaler, retailer, famous brand or department stores) are located overseas.
