- 按公司简历匹配流程，完成每日职位匹配需求；
- 通过简历搜索系统，寻找目标候选人，搜索符合职位要求的简历 ；
- 与求职者沟通求职意向，将意向人选简历推荐给客户 ；
- 按照月度考核标准有效完成本职工作，保证系统操作及数据录入的准确性。

任职要求：
- 中专及以上学历；
- 有数据录入工作经验者优先；
- 普通话标准，口齿清晰，具备良好的沟通能力及较好的沟通技巧；
- 有责任心，能吃苦，可承受一定的工作压力；
- 熟练Microsoft Office（尤其是Excel）操作。
