岗位职责：
1、根据现有编制及业务发展需求，协调、统计各部门的招聘需求进行人员招聘；
2、利用各种招聘渠道发布招聘广告，寻求招聘机构；
3、执行招聘、甄选、面试、选择、安置工作；
4、充分利用各种招聘渠道满足公司的人才需求；
5、建立后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制。
6、主招中基层人员为主


任职要求：
1、一年以上招聘工作经验，之前在劳务派遣公司或劳务中介猎头公司从事者优先；
2、熟悉各种招聘模式和渠道，并具有一定的招聘渠道；
3、踏实勤奋，对招聘工作充满热情。
4、良好的职业道德及团队合作意识，能承受较大的工作压力；
5、可长期出差，工作地点为 重庆 广州。
