KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS
? Ability to collect, update and publish Release plans and Calendars for the stakeholder/domains with the defined templates on time well ahead of the Release implementation windows
? Tracking the progress of the Releases in terms of the Scope, Interface Dependencies, potential conflicts with other Releases and other related aspects of the Release Quality
? Ensure Releases are 100% compliant to the processes with all potential risks identified and acted upon.
? Zero gaps in Scope between the Releases planned and the packages prepared by the SCM team
? Champion of environments coordination, implementation of best practices on efficiency of environments refresh, utilization and control.
? Engage with Application, Project, Test, Configuration and Service management teams to raise potential issues related to the Releases and facilitate relevant risk mitigation activities
? PIR conducted for all Releases that failed from a Release perspective
? Zero audit findings on process compliance
? To maintain a clear working relationship with all the stakeholders across the globe and ensure that relevant touch points are established to achieve process effectiveness


PREFERABLE:
? More than 5 years in Release Management / Environment Control capacity with reputable Financial Institution.
? Certified Project Manger.
? Candidates with Data Warehouse project implementation exposure
