职位描述

Job Descriptions:

1. Facility maintenance for the whole plant:
--responsible for the availability and performance of equipments and facilities. Supervise the external vender to do the proper maintenance for facilitie in the plant. Sound knowledge on building maintenance
2. Preventative Maintenance:
--Preventative Maintenance for Tooling, Production machines, Equipment, In-House Assemblies and Maintain Schedule.
--Implementation of Global Standard Maintenance practice for tooling, production machines, equipment and in-house assemblies.
3. Tool and Machines Maintenance :       
--Organize and monitor regrind (through toolroom outside sources)/Repair/Refurbish, reduce overall tooling cost through efficiencies.
--Manage perishable tooling - Maintain/Update Component Inventory and stocking levels.
--Monitor equipment downtime tooling usage for abnormal trends. Initiate necessary actions
to understand and improve to reduce overall production machines and equipment downtime.
--Plan, schedule and implement cross training and maintain competence work force in areas responsible
4. Production and Process Technology Support:
--Develop systems and monitor effectiveness for offline preparation of tooling for Production (Inspected/Verified/Carted etc) increase setup efficiency by having all tooling ready based on the production schedule.
--Set-Up Support Troubleshooting.
--Implement Corrective Actions and Continues Improvements.
5. Tooling manufacturing and Trials:
--Tooling Manufacturing inhouse for the production.
--Tooling Trials / PPAP support.
--Equipment Trials Launch.
6. Develop and Maintain Documentation:
--Development of Maintenance instructions and Checklists for all production equipment.
--Aid in the development of Global Maintenance Instructions.
7. Personnel Issues:
--Prepare and maintain job documents.
--Prepare/review performance appraisals.
--Identify manpower requirements for Manager.
--Responsible for selection and dismissal of staff.
--Assist with personnel policies.
--Monitor and comply to all company policies and procedures.
--Monitor compliance to personnel policies.
--Assist with Environmental and Health Safety policies and procedures.
--Monitor compliance to Environmental and Health Safety policies and procedures.
--Practice positive personnel relations.

Job Requirements:

1. Leadership experience with Supervisory and Management training
2. 5 -10 years of tooling manufacturing and machines maintenance experience.
3. Tool and Die Maker education.
4. Knowledge of Facility maintenance.
5. Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 ISO 14000.
6. Good English language skills. (Oral and writing)
7. Labour Management:
--Knowledge of Employment Standards
--Knowledge of company personnel policies and procedures.
8. Health and Safety:
--Knowledge of Health Safety Act and Regulations .
--Understanding of the Health and Safety Policy Manual.
--Understanding of Machine Guarding standards.
--Understanding of Lock-out Tag-out procedure.
9. Project Management and Leadership:
--Can lead a project from start to finish, ensuring all milestones are met.
--Can initiate, build and motivate effective teams.
10. Communication skills:
--Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
--Business Technical Writing Skills.
11. Mechanical Design:
--Full understanding Engineering Drawing principles and GDT.
--Fundamental knowledge of metallurgy and material science.
--Full understanding of Tool and Die design.
--Basic understanding of Pneumatics and hydraulics.
--Basic understanding of mechanical components (including assembly and maintenance specifications).
--General knowledge of electrical component.
12. Working knowledge of all processes relating to and not exclusive to:
--Steel Processing.
--Rings Manufacturing.
--Clamps Manufacturing.
--Tooling Management System.
--Preventative Maintenace.
13. Knowledge of all toolroom equipment.
14. Software:
--Working knowledge of Operational Software, Project, Word, Excel, Power Point etc
15. Quality and Environmental System:
--ISO/TS 16949 and related Policies, Procedures and Process Manuals (including APQP).
--Knowledge of Statistical Process Control Techniques.
--Knowledge of metrology.
--ISO 14000 and related Policies, Procedures and Process Manuals.
16. Product knowledge:
--Level 2 Product Training.
