The Center for Disaster Care and Emergency Medicine Education was founded by United Family Healthcare in December 2012 to expand emergency medicine expertise in the UFH health system and in China. 任职条件

1. Chinese national (including Taiwan, Macau and Hong Kong residents). Foreign nationals with an active license in China and in their home country may be considered on a case-by-case basis. l 中国籍（包括台湾，澳门和香港）。我们也会考虑同时持有有效的中国及所在国的行医资格的外籍医师。

3. 7. Flexibility—being a good emergency medicine physician requires good critical thinking skills and a willingness to “think outside the box.” In addition, emergency medicine as it is practiced in the United States--the model for this program’s curriculum--is at times quite different than current practice in China, and being open to such differences, and exploring the evidence behind, them will be critical to success in this position. 工作灵活度要求：作为一名合格的急诊医生，要求具备较好的批判思维，并愿意跳出固有思维模式。另外，可以认识并接受美国的急诊医学与中国现行的培训模式该差异。
