Role Summary/Purpose

This is a first-line management position responsible for Tianjin zone in North region, and managing the activities of Sales Representatives / Account Managers. This position is also responsible for attaining sales objectives of the zone, managing the direct sale of the organization’s products in the zone.

Essential Responsibilities

• Directly managing Sales Representatives / Account Managers in the zone. Select, train, and develop personnel commercial competency level to optimize effectiveness
• Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive organic growth in the contrast media market• Exploring and generating local business opportunities to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction within planned budget
• Cultivating and leveraging customer relationships at all levels
• Leading, directing and motivating the sales team to maximize local business opportunities
• Managing operation processes effectively, including but not limited to Goals & Objectives set-up, business planning, regular reviews, performance appraisals / feedback, upward and downward communications, EMS and etc.
• Ensuring sales team to be in compliance with company rules and regulations

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor / Master’s Degree
• Pharmaceutical or medical majors preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a team
• Marketing skills and experience
• Prior experience working for a large company in a matrix environment
• General comprehension of English language
