Role Summary/Purpose:
In your role as APAC Services Operations Leader you will report to the Working Capital Solutions (WCS) Global Services Operations Leader and lead the collections and cash operations for the Asia region. You will be responsible for service delivery according to the invoice to cash enterprise standard and ensure appropriate operational practices are in place to support portfolio control, orderly portfolio integrations, compliance/controllership, and efficiency and effectivene
Essential Responsibilities:
Implement the Invoice to Cash Enterprise Standard and operational strategy, structure, and processes to best meet goals for invoice distribution, collections and cash; managing team members across 2 locations.
Work with GE businesses, WCS risk management group and integrations team and to ensure lowest possible delinquency and loss levels and timely application of cash
Act as the central point of contact for all WCS invoice to cash activities in the region, and the initial central point of contact for all external parties such as, but not limited to, Government representatives, external suppliers and GE representatives
Oversee daily output and budget management.
Work with the Process Leaders to ensure process standardization and service delivery goals are met.
Provide input for process development and enhancements within the Services Operations function.
Support new business growth and product introductions as required.
Ensure appropriate staffing levels and competencies to deliver on customer requirements
Build a winning, GE values-based culture where employees are engaged, empowered and accountable for individual and team performance
Act as the key contact for all Compliance related matters including AML/KYC policy management with the WCS teams, monitoring the regulatory reporting obligations and contract compliance and execution.
Work with other functions and process leaders to establish program objectives and strategies as well as cross-program simplification initiatives.
Support WCS' key initiatives locally (including but not limited to Simplification and IT Systems).
Oversee local third party outsourcing relationships as required.
Ensure sites in region each have a Business Continuity Plan (BCP), crisis management plan, security plan and Emergency Response Program (ERP) and local leaders that own them and are prepared to implement them in the event of need.
Lead special projects or initiatives as required.
Qualifications/Requirements:

Desired Characteristics:
Masters or advanced degree
LEAN, Six Sigma, Black Belt certified
Previous commercial trade receivables collections experience.
Project management experience.
Account management and planning experience.
Change management, facilitation and/or transition experience.
