职位描述
大都克由于业务发展需要，高薪诚聘金属材料研究专家，一经录取，将给予具有市场竞争力的薪资待遇，并送往德国总部进行学习深造，同时给予创造良好的研发工作环境。
1.带领研发团队进行新材料的研发及各种性能测试；
2.新产品的工艺设计；
3.新材料新产品的实验；
4.与德国总部针对研发项目保持沟通；
岗位要求：
1.金属材料硕士及以上学历；
2.5年金属材料研发经验；
3.具有银合金属材料研发经验者优先；
4.熟悉材料热处理，复合，轧制等工艺；
5.对材料加工设备有一定的了解（精轧机，复合设备等）
6.熟练操作Office软件、AutoCAD和三维设计软件；
7.良好的英语听说读写能力；
8.良好的沟通能力，团队合作能力及创新能力。
