Summary:
Operational planning manager reporting to Head of Logistic Department is responsible for planning and scheduling of Distribution Centre work.

Job Description:
-Planning of Distribution Centre work on acceptance and shipment of goods.
-Monitoring of document management on physical distribution for the company that is assigned to the operational planning manager.
-Quality control over the keying and updating of information in software systems of the company.
-Preparing of reports on the company that is assigned to the operational planning manager.
-Planning and calculation of volumes of goods processed at the delivery area, area of storage and shipment of goods at Distribution Centre in accordance with the existing restrictions.
-Generation of the shift tasks for the areas of delivery, storage and shipment of goods at Distribution Centre.
-Monitoring of the shift tasks realization for the areas of delivery, storage and shipment of goods at Distribution Centre.
-Establishing and monitoring of realization of the priorities set for the process of acceptance of consignment at Distribution Centre in accordance with the work plan for the collection.
-Preparing of periodic reports for Supply Chain Department and reports on request of employees within the functional duties.
-Calculation of the minimum and maximum thresholds for boxed storage area at Distribution Centre.
-Monitoring of delivery of consignments to Distribution Centre and keying information about dates of the deliveries.
-Organization of practical trainings for employees holding the position of operational planning manager.

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above.
-Experience of working with people and documents is obligatory.
- +5 years’ hands on experience specializing in logistics.
-Knowledge of English is preferred.
-Advanced user of MS Office, basic knowledge of Lotus Notes, Skype.
-Highly motivated, highly efficient, self-directed with attentiveness and team spirit.
-Good negotiation and communication skills.
