As Head of Sales you lead all customer related interfaces and bring the ZF WP products and service to the customer. As advocate of the customer within the company, you drive the initiatives to meet the customer’s requirements.

You build a strong relationship with your customer and contribute to the sustainable growth of ZF WP. You take ownership for the key account plan covering strategy for each account as well as requirements and needs of the customer to have optimal customer satisfaction. You drive for delivery of products and services up to customer demand in terms of cost, time of delivery, reliability and quality.

You are part of the Global Sales team and work closely together with your colleagues from Product Management and New Product Development, Operations and Quality.

In this role you report to the Chief Customers Officer of the Business Unit as well as to Head of the Tianjin Plant.

We expect:

- You have an engineering background with at least 12 years of experience in Sales;

- You know the Wind market in China and have built a strong network;

- You are passionate about gearboxes and the development of qualitative, innovative, reliable and cost efficient products (steel, grinding, machining, bearings, etc.);

- You are strong at building relationships, with strong communication and negotiation skills;

- You have worked at a global level and have both the maturity and assertiveness to discuss technical and commercial topics with customers;

- You are fluent in English.
