Job Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Master Degree preferred;

2. Experience: At least 4 years working experience in mechanical design in a multinational company. Experienced in the design of electric home appliances, plastic mould and sheet metal.

3.Language Skills: fluent English (CET-6);

4. Computer Skills: Pro/Engineer; AutoCAD or similar; Microsoft Office;

5. Personality: self-managing, strong sense of responsibility, focus on details, accurate, team-player;

6. Special Skills: Good analytical and communication skills; good at resolving conflicts;Familiar with general heating technology, including heat air flow, heating components etc.; Knowledge of metal mold making; Relevant practical of electric and mechanical knowledge



Main Duties / Key Responsibilities:

1. Manages laboratory procedures, safety, and organization.

2. Manages the implementation of R&D projects with customers.

3. Manages improvement projects.

4. Assures compliance to the company's, customers' and standards requirements (e.g. IEC 60335).

5. Creates and updates procedures and work instructions in cooperation with Production.

6. Cooperates with Production to improve production efficiency and quality.

7. Cooperates with Quality to improve product quality.

8. Communicate with headquarter for technology issues.

9. Ensures compliance with product approvals, such as CCC or VDE.

10 Cooperates with Sourcing to optimize existing products.

11 Designs jigs and other custom tools for production and internal laboratory use.

12 Independent designing, improving and modification of electric home heating
Appliances.

13 Supervise and motivate team members.

主要职责 / 主要职责：
1.管理实验室程序、 安全和组织。

8. 与总部沟通技术问题。
9.确保遵守产品审批流程，ccc 认证或 VDE 等。
10 与采购合作,优化现有产品的采购。
11 设计夹具和其他自定义工具,满足生产及内部实验室使用。
12 独立设计、 改进和修改首页电热电器。
13 的监督和激励团队成员。
