Task:

1. Simogear delivered gearbox specification understanding.

2. Understand Simogear product service related parts, such as frequently changed parts, key parts, etc.

3. Service related parts analysis based on historical gearbox delivered situation, similar product service report and parts lead time, giving in detail analysis and planning based on parts of each sale BOM.

4. Actively coordinate with market on the project analysis on key customer & key project.

5. Closed cooperate and be involved with logistical colleague on Simogear Units delivered and order on hand situation, also for potential project follow up.

6. Set up service Simogear parts forecast as per installation base and service situation.

7. Create Simogear service parts requirement and follow up the arrived situation.

8. Make sure for Simogear, SMDT service have parts preparation to shorten the Simogear lead time.

9. Also, will coordinate with service engineer on Simogear service order processing and follow up simogear service order status closely to make sure Simogear service case complete ASAP.

Knowledge and experience:

1. SAP usage on production model

2. Project management experience and strong coordinate skill

3. Mechanical company working background is preferred.

4. Major in mechanical engineering is preferred.
