岗位职责

1、负责制定和监督实施生产制造部门目标和计划，参与及协助总经理执行相关的政策和制度；

2、负责生产制造、设备、安全检查、环保、生产统计等管理制度的拟订、修改、实施执行、及监督控制；

3、编制日常生产计划，进行生产调度、管理和控制；

4、生产工艺、生产流程及生产效率提升的持续改进；

5、负责本部门的日常管理工作及下属员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；

6、与其他部门的协助作业。

任职资格

1、本科及以上学历，机械或电力相关专业，年龄35岁以上，中外籍人员不限；

2、8年以上生产制造企业管理经验，有同行业生产管理经验者优先；

3、熟悉生产制造部门的运作和流程，擅长生产控制及现场管理，精通生产制造的各个环节；

4、熟悉生产成本控制，统筹运作，熟悉生产作业流程和工艺规程，熟悉质量管理保证体系；

5、具备优秀的组织能力、沟通能力、规划能力；

6、良好的英文沟通能力。

Job Responsibility :

1.Be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of manufacturing sector goals and plans, assistant to the GM to participate and implement relevant policies and regulations ;

2.Be responsible for manufacturing, equipment, security, environmental protection, production statistic and relevant regulations’ develop, modify, implement, execute, and control;

3.Preparation of daily production planning, production scheduling, management and control;

4.Continuous improvement of production technology, production processes and the production efficiency;

5.Be responsible for the daily management of mentoring, training and evaluation of staff;

6.With the assistance of other departments operating.

Job requirements :

1.Undergraduate degree or above, majored in mechanical or power-related, more than 35 years of age, foreigners unlimited;

2.8 years working experience in manufacturing enterprise management, industry management experience is preferred;

3.Familiar with the operation and processes in the manufacturing sector, be good at production control and scene management, proficient in all aspects of production;

4.Familiar with the production cost control, integration, familiar with the production process and procedures, familiar with quality assurance system;

5.With excellent organizational skills, communication skills, planning capacity;

6.Good English communication skills.
