Key responsibilities:

1. Handles and takes the responsibilities of the engineering technology documents of products.
2. Manages team for design the inspection points of the products to meet the engineering specification and implement error prove technology into manufacturing process. Participate in redesigns of the products to fulfill the requirements in the market.
3. Modifies the technology data of product according to actual situation of manufactory, realize and transfer relevant changing to the department.
4. Works in a team to localize the products, including material, parts, components, deeper production etc. Fully execute company’s localization plan and related product strategy.
5. Organizes the product audit to make sure that the production must be with Chinese regulations.
6. Works with relevant team to design the process and layout of the production lines and meets the main requirement, such as safety, productivity and quality.
7. Analyze product costs and sponsor engineering related cost reduction projects.
8. Gives technical support to the Engineers and other department and train operators if necessary. Coordinates the product management, project management and develops staff.
9. Solves daily product problem quickly which follows the established process effectively.
10. Works with quality team to deal with customer quality issue and root cause analysis activities.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 10 years engineering experience 3 years engineer manager experience.
3. Have the experience of product design and process, drawing ,graphic, quality control and project management in porcelain or related field.
4. Results orientated, strong responsibility sense & professional attitude.
5. Excellent interpersonal skill and personal leadership.
6. Good English communication skill and strong in Computer skill (preferred Solidworks, CAD etc.).
