Title:Quality Manager

Primary Function

Primary leadership role at the H-J Tianjin Plant level responsible for the overall Quality Program.

Management and coordination of the overall Quality System and Planning for the H-J Tianjin Plant.

Responsible for overseeing Plant Quality,Customer Quality and for Qualifying Vendors. This position is responsible for overall Customer satisfaction, mentoring and development of the Quality Staff,ensuring process quality and requirements at the H-J Tianjin Plant and overseeing Quality Assurance which encompasses the plant quality system relate activities and Quality metrics reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering or Science

ASQ certifications of CQM/OE,CQE and Six Sigma certification

Significant experience using Qulaity tools,metrics and performing either internal,external compliance or supplier related assessments.

Experience with developing and implementing strategic goals in addition to developing Quality personnel is required.

Experience with Lean philosophies and tools are a plus

Experience managing complex customer and systemic problems and implementing strong solutions

Experience with project management is a plus

Minimum 10 years of experience in a certified manufacturing environment

Minimum 7 years of experience in the Quality function

Minimum 3 years in a Quality Leadership position

Must be legally authorized to work in China without company sponsorship
