Job Title: Imp & Exp. specialist
Reports To: Logistics Manager
Department: Logistic Department
Location:Tianjin
Key Responsibility
Export operation
l Preparing the booking and contact the forwarders in line with the shipping week showed in the ERP system. Drafting the shipping documents for declaration.
l keeping close contacts with the purchase dept and suppliers concerned about the cargoes shipping situation. After the shipping implemented, forwarder all the concerned documents to the dept involved for payment, financial booking and tax refund.
l Communication with the BD sister companies for the export shipments schedule concerned.
Local transport coordination
l Coordinating the local transport arrangement in line with the delivery plan, incl., freight quotation, communication with SC and the customer as shipping advice, insurance following –up. Etc. instructed by the manager.
Imp. –customs clearance coordination:
l Preparing relevant documents for the requirement of customs clearance.
l Coordinate /follow-up with the agent assigned for the imp. Shipments.
l Collection of the expenses invoices and coordinate with the financial dept for the payment.
Qualifications
Education
· Junior college or above degree in international trade or concerned.
Experience
· 2 years at least above working experiences in imp. and exp.
· Fluent English both in oral and writing, high computer operation skill
· ERP working experience would be an advantage.
Behaviour Competencies
· Able to multitask and manage priorities.
· Self-motivated, consistently takes the initiative to get things done.
· Have service oriented, cooperative attitude.
· Good team player.
· Self-aware and quick learner.
· Constant commitment to do things better.
· Good communication ability.
