Key Responsibilities主要岗位职责:
1.Ensures GSKT operations has a comprehensive OH system that complies with all National, Local and GSKT regulations/standards;
2.Understands and be familiar with at all times all relevant rules, regulations and standards applicable to the position both internally and external
3.Identify and assess hazardous chemical agents and ergonomic risks presented by existing facilities, equipment, manual handling activities and other tasks
4.Implement measures to prevent harmful contact with chemical agents (by any route of exposure, and reduce exposures by inhalation to below the OEL) and ergonomic risks in accordance with the following hierarchy:
a)Eliminate chemical, manual handling and other ergonomic risks, wherever feasible, through the redesign of existing processes or tasks;
b)Apply engineering measures to control residual risks, wherever feasible;
c)Minimise any remaining risks through the use of administrative control measures;
d)Provide RPE and other personal protective equipment only after all other feasible controls have been applied, or as an interim measure until more effective controls can be implemented
5.Review the findings of risk assessments periodically or whenever changes occur that may affect the nature or extent of the EHS risks
6.Conducts periodic L1/L2 audits connected with OH aspects and ensures all corrective actions are recorded and completed as per agreed timelines/scope
7Implement and support projects that reduces current chemical, ergonomics, and noise risks in GSKT:
-Work with managers and employees to ensure that projects connected with respirator free develop and implement according with site targets in existing and new facilities,
-Work with different functions and employees to reduce ergonomic risk in existing and new facilities (establish an active Ergonomic Improvement Team or other functions/ group)
8.Provide information and training to employees on OH issues, chemical , manual handling, keyboard work and other residual ergonomic risks and the precautions necessary to minimise those risks
9.Communicate the results of personal air sampling, noise exposure to employees;
10.Assesses all safety and personal protection equipment to ensure suitability of purpose and compliance to standards and ensure effective Respiratory Protective Equipment and other PPE are worn at all UOs requiring interim controls,
11.Encourage the reporting of signs and symptoms associated with ergonomic stressors and chemical agents as early as possible, identify and manage reported adverse health effects
12.Develops and implements the site EHS system procedures connected with ISO 14001
13.To keep lead site security team and ensure security management comply with GSK and local code
14.To support Environment and Safety activities as multiple development
15.Manage site ZAP and EHS related CAPA.

Specialized Knowledge 专业知识:

?Bachelor degree of OH related major is preferred.
?At least 5 years minimum experience working in the same capacity within a comparable JV
?ISO and OHSAS management experience preferred
?Detailed knowledge of all national and local OH legislations, standards, and procedures. Familiarization with multi-national standards
?Strong self-learning
?Fluent English in oral, reading and written.
?Certified auditor preferred
?Certificate on Enterprise Safety Administrator.
