Job Description
1. Design and development of Mechanical Parts
2. Perform system levels DVT and ALT testing and optimization
3. Provide technical recommendation based on cost and make improvements to the design
4. Define mechanical parts specifications and test requirements.
5. Provide guidance to junior engineer in product development
6. Oversee mechanical system architecture design and provides guidance to junior engineers for mechanical part design
7. Lead junior engineers in test, failure analysis, root-cause and issues resolution.
8. Provide factory support for prototype build
9. Perform system integration, plastic and metal part design and system levels testing and optimization
10. Provide technical recommendation based on cost and make improvements to the design
11. Define mechanical specifications based on design and define test requirement
12. Work with a team of engineers and/or designers from different disciplines through different phases of the product development


Specific Knowledge/Skills
1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 year of relevant experience.
2. Experience in new product development cycle.
3. Must have Pro-E CAD experience
4. Good working knowledge on mechanical fundamental, system design and design skills on plastic and sheet metal parts.
5. Analytical, diligent, dynamic with good interpersonal skills
6. Must be able to manage time and deliver all tasks in a timely manner.
7. Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin.

知识与技能要求：
1. 机械工程学士学位，并有五年以上的相关工作经验；
2. 新产品开发相关经验；
3. 熟练操作Pro-E及CAD；
4. 熟练掌握机械原理，系统设计以及塑料、冲压件的设计等相关知识
5. 善于分析，有良好的人际交往能力；
6. 良好的时间管理能力，可以有序及时完成各项任务；
7. 良好的英语及普通话能力；
