招聘职位：Lean Expert - Medium Voltage Switchgear
Responsibility：
1. Lean Management.
2. Operation excellence.
3. Management of, or participation in projects for production optimization and expansion.
4. Design, planning and implementation of processes.
5. Together with the team, develop KPIs that help finally achieving the goals.
6. Implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement or further development of the manufacturing and production processes.
7. Support of R&D in Design for Manufacturing.
Requirement：
1. Strong understanding of Lean Management and high motivation to advance these principles within a team.
2. Process orientation combined with cross-linked and global thinking, conceptual skills.
3. Very good communication skills, leadership and motivational properties.
4. 5-8 years working with technical or engineering background with lean enterprise expertise.
5. University degree in industry engineering, electrical engineering or mechanical.
6. Fluent English.
